Elizabeth McGinnis Holman has enjoyed teaching yoga in the Dallas area since 1993. Her classes offer a holistic blend of heart-based meditation-in-motion, practical body-centered strengthening techniques, as well as tools for alignment with wellbeing. In addition to teaching coed classes, workshops, and private clients, she also specializes in Prenatal yoga, Postnatal with Mom and Baby, Children's Yoga and Women's Yoga. Elizabeth's major influences are Valerie King Young, Gurmukh, Kripalu style yoga as taught by Yogi Amrit Desai, and Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Her greatest teachers, though, are her little GOO-ROOs, Nathaniel and Liam.

Dan Holman, a native Dallasite, has enjoyed teaching yoga in the Dallas metroplex since 1995. He originally studied yoga with Valerie King and has continued to expand his studies with Yogi Amrit Desai. He is also a musician who specializes in the Native American Flute. He utilizes his Masters' degree in music composition from Arizona State University to create some of the relaxing music he plays in his classes. Dan often plays the gong or the Native American flute live to enhance class meditation.
